BPI engineer

Job profile:
As a BPI engineer you will be working with operational management teams to improve processes & systems. Our goal is to deliver operational excellence to our customer, delivering quality services with effective & efficient internal processes in constantly changing market environments. You will be asked to lead or participate in projects but you are also expected to become a valued support to the operations teams. You will be part of the dedicated BPI team in Waalwijk which is part of the global BPI organisation using Lean Six Sigma methods to deliver world class services cost effectively.

Demands:
- Relevant education (University level) or equivalent work experience
- Lean & (or) Six Sigma trained with project track record
- Enthusiastic personality and high level of energy
- Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings
- Good analytical skills and able to translate ideas to action
- Strong communicator
- Able to work in English as well as Dutch

Contract:
At first a contract for a year with the possibility to transfer to a permanent contract.

Location:
Waalwijk, industrial area Haven 7 but some travel maybe be required to other Syncreon locations
