Data Quality Manager
Vattenfall Customer Service is a European organization within the Vattenfall Group which ensures that 7.5 million customers receive world-class service. We service private customers, energy companies, industries and other businesses.
As a Data Quality Manager you will be part of the European organization Process and Demand Europe. Process and Demand Europe has the task to coordinate all customer facing processes, IT, data quality and online operation within the whole Business Division Distribution and Sales. Furthermore, Process and Demand Europe managing the Business Divisions customer related project portfolio, developing all customer facing processes, securing the quality of all customer related data and the customer orientated online operation.
Main tasks
You will be one of three Data Quality Managers, a senior expert role, with a European responsibility to increase the Data Quality awareness and insight, and improving the Data Quality Management both on a general level and hands on.
As Data Quality Manager, you are managing data within Data Areas, instead of managing people. Your responsibility is to improve the quality of the data within all Data Areas. Another aspect of the responsibility is improvement in relation to processes and systems. You will be responsible for developing the Data Quality Management.
Interacting and working with stakeholders is a central task for you, including developing and setting targets on data quality. Interaction with IT is also an important task, i.e. to establishing and setting the collaboration with IT. You will to a large extent work with development in general, which will include work as a project manager, initiative leader and project member.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a higher education within Business Administration or within Information Management, or comparable training/experience. You have at least 5 years of hand-on experience in the Utilities Business preferably in the IT, Business and service domains. You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and a willingness to travel.
As a person you have a hand on mentality and a vision to improve the Data Quality and bring the awareness to the business about the importance of the data. You are well organised and a result driven professional with a strong focus on solutions in relation to complex processes and systems.
